Police Bust Up Illegal Poker Circle

HOBBS, N.M. -- Poker is all the rage these days, but an illegal game landed seven Hobbs-area gamblers in jail.The state's special investigation division operation netted the gamblers and their cash when police raided an apartment Saturday night.
An undercover officer helped bust the poker room, which police say was active for six months and even had a schedule for later dates.
