Police Give Chase, Search For Person After Shooting

FARMINGTON, N.M. -- Authorities in San Juan County are searching for a person who they say was involved in a shooting.Officials said a man was shot in the head and chest Tuesday in the community of Kirtland, which is near Farmington.After the shooting, Farmington police and San Juan County sheriff's deputies chased down a car with two suspects inside.
The car crashed into a trailer park. There was no word whether anyone at the park was injured.Police said they arrested one person inside the car, but the second person is still on the loose.Log on to TheNewMexicoChannel.com and watch Action 7 News for updates.
